Sangjin is equipped with
3 galvanizing tanks of which galvanizing capacity is max 8,000MT
per month.
We are using LNG as fuel, which makes us control the tempertaure
of each tanks quickly and efficiently and guarantees
clients the superb surface of the galvanized gratings and steel
structures.
What is more, Sangjin has acquired a profound knowhow through
15 years of experience in building & running and extending
facilities.
Sangjin's galvanizing specification meets ASTM A123, BS729,
JIS H 8641 and KS D 8308.
Tank No. 1
Tank No. 1 (W)2000 x (H)2400 x (L)6300
Tank No. 1 is mainly and specially used for galvanizing grating
and monthly galvanizing capacity is 3,000MT.
This tank was built in 1988 and was renovated & extended
in Dec 2001.
Tank No. 2
Tank No. 2 (W)1800 x (H)2400 x (L)7200
Tank No. 2 is mainly and specially used for steel structurers
such as H beam and cable tray and monthly galvanizing capacity
is 2,000MT.
This tank was built in 1989 and at this moment is under renovasion
& extendsion untill Dec 2002.
Tank No. 3
Tank No. 3 (W)1500 x (H)1800 x (L)10500
Tank No. 3 is mainly and specially used for steel structurers
such as guard rail and so on and monthly galvanizing capacity
is 3,000MT.
This tank was built in 1990 and was renovated & extended
in Jul 2002.
